The issue was impacting our Telehouse West node. We are seeing normal levels of service again following action taken by our network team. Investigations are on-going into the cause. Apologies for the disruption caused.

We're currently looking into an issue where not all phones are able to make and receive calls on our hosted VoIP platform. As soon as we know more details we will share them.
